We carry out valuation studies of real estate and movable property throughout the national territory, for the most diverse purposes and interests, namely in: planning; transaction; leasing/rental; financing; accounting or definition of safe capital of the goods in question.

To this end, we use nationally and internationally recognized methodologies, complying with legal requirements, namely Notice nº 5/06 of the Bank of Portugal, specific regulation of the CMVM and EVS 2020 (European Valuation Standards)
