In the area of Real Estate Appraisals, CASAOL is registered with the CMVM (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários), as an Expert Appraiser of Real Estate Investment Funds, belonging to the Appraisers Portfolio of several Management Companies of Real Estate Investment Funds and Entities Banking.

The company operates on a Partnership-type organization model with the main Designers in the market. It provides coordination of the various specialties and entities involved, guaranteeing the Promoter the maintenance and optimization of the basic assumptions of the Economic Feasibility Study of the Enterprise.

CASAOL obtained Certificate PT005884-1, BVC (Bureau Veritas Certification), referring to  Certification of the Quality Management System, within the scope of Real Estate Appraisal, based on the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001 standard :2015.

 

CASAOL carries out its Real Estate Valuation processes in accordance with the European Valuation Standards (EVS -European Valuation Standards / Blue Book) and is accredited by TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations) as a collective member of ASAVAL (Professional Association of Appraisal Societies).

 

CASAOL has a qualified technical team of Valuation Experts, registered with the CMVM, having in its staff 2 Valuation Coordinators with REV (Recognized European Valuer) certification, an expert with international recognition.
